Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Cup Peanut Butter
¾ to 1 Cup Sugar
1 egg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Then spoon little balls onto a cookie sheet. Use fork and make criss-cross marks on each cookie. Bake in over for 10 minutes. I then melted some chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzled them it on top of the cookies, also would be great to dip the bottoms of each cookie in the chocolate. Yum! Super easy, taste good and only have 3 ingredients.
